I was born in Urban North-Texas in the city of Fort Worth. My earliest memories are of singing made-up lyrics to familiar melodies on the radio. I was born a lyricist but over time I developed skills to create my own melodies and songs. Since then I have become an eclectic singer, songwriter and guitarist. I take pride in being able to write for all genres and all occasions. 

I describe my sound like this: Indie folk/rock with a little twang and a lot of soul. 

 

My Grandfather has always been my inspiration for starting a career in music. He was a successful band director who spent his time scatting a happy tune with every task. His constant joy for music and especially for my music pushed me to pursue my dreams. 

 

I have an upbeat soul that inspires others with kindness and truth! I want to see my songs create positive change in the world. One song at a time-- I can get there.
